Shipping + Rates (Standard and Express)

Standard orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 4-6 business days after shipping from our warehouse in London, UK. Express orders are scheduled to arrive approximately 1-2 business days after shipping. All orders placed before 9 a.m. GMT will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse on the same business day and all those placed after 9 a.m. GMT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

 Please note: TOOLETRIES is not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. TOOLETRIES is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
